Problems with ROM

When I was conducting the simulation, it kept indicating that not all address bits on the ROM were connected. However, I have checked several times and found no connection errors. Could you please advise on how to solve this problem? I am looking forward to your reply.

It is hard to tell just from the picture. Can you please share your circuit file?
