I need to build cpu with registers, alu and program counter, and i dont understand how to build it, someone can help me build this?
-The CPU in lesson 5.
-I can use only the gates i have in the project (from all the lessons).
-I have exmaple image of how to build the cpu (I need to build like the example).
-I started building something in the project but this is not good and messy.

I suggest you start with familiarize yourself with the application. You can read first two help pages: https://logiccircuit.org/help.html
Once you know how to place elements and draw the wires you can start cleaning your design.
Just place your parts in roughly on the same places where they are on the example image. Make sure you have enough space between them so you can lay the wires. Finally Draw the wires like on the example image. If you have all the components correctly working and connect them correctly on your CPU circuit, it should work.
