Re: Circuit eats almost whole CPU

I forgot to remove the led display in circuit2. Under that there is a multiplexer.

Circuit eats almost whole CPU

I made a circuit to move around some dots and I connected A 64 bit randomiser to it. This itself doesn't look that heavy on my CPU. However, when I start the circuit I can't get a higher frequency than 1.0 and my displays doesn't even show anything at all. Could it be that I made some kind of killer...

Re: Project Snake

It will oscilate when I open the "Schakeling5" circuit or if I disconect it from the screen like the picture.

And when I sayd without the randomizer it was like this:

Re: Project Snake

Did you already have time to look into it?

Re: Project Snake

And if it doesn't oscilate it's a real attack on my clock speed.

Re: Project Snake

I have already figured out how it works. My randomizet is now a lot smaller than I initially would design it. Thanks for saying that the sensor is an output and not an input:) But now I have another question. Why is my circuit oscilating? It should be a stable flipflop like randomizer... http://i.im...

Re: Project Snake

Can you give a little explantion on the sensor? I can't make a randomizer with only 1 output with it.

It will give a lot of apples when I do it like this. And if I make a demultiplexer for it it will be one with 840 and gates whits I think is a little big...

Re: Project Snake

I managed to make Snake move the way it should be^^ But now that I'm working on the apples I get to a problem. I want to make an instable oscilating circuit for a randomizer. But I am not allowed to make an oscilating circuit. Do you happen to have some randomizer examples that I can use to make it?...

Re: Project Snake

I'm working now on making Snake move like it should be. But it takes a lot of time sinds I had to learn for exams and did it out of my mind because the internet couldn't help me. When Snake moves like it should be I'll work on the apples and after that I'll work on the Game Over.
