Re: Project ACG

Got the 5th part finished. only 19 left to go.
Added a Databus Compressor to go from 31 to 14 signal sets.
This also greatly improved the stability and speed.
Still no inputs for you to press on sadly though....

Re: Project ACG

I'm starting to get some difficulties in my circuit now it's getting bigger. The first one is that the amount of signals going to and from a circuit is getting pretty big and since they come out of a splitter I need a lot of space for them. I kinda have a solution for that which is removing a few si...

Re: Project ACG

Small correction, forgot to connect some things. It's pretty hard to make the circuits smaller with the drawings I have. And the point that gave me a lot of trouble was this. At first it looks pretty easy, but at some point I couldn't see what goes where in one go anymore.... https://cdn.discordapp....

Re: Project ACG

It's already been over 2 weeks I last posted something, so time to make an update on progress. Between work and other things I have to attend to in life I place some NOR gates or draw some lines. Today I spend 12 hours on making the last part(everything for the ports above 400). I also looked it I c...

Project ACG

As I got more and more interested in space and the old tech used there I decided to build one of the marvels of the old times with Logic Circuit. I got my hands on all the drawings of the Apollo Guidance Computer and decided to make the logic part here. The logic part consists of 24 modules build us...

Re: extra functions to gates

Here multiple nor gates end up on the same line with an output on the right. But when I wanted to recreate this circuit I had to add some or gates in this drawing, but (since I'm not sure yet, lot's of drawing to go through) if it's an output the signal has to go 2 ways. And since adding another In/...

extra functions to gates

I'm working on a project which is going to take a long time. During the work I noticed that the program is incompatible with the drawings I'm using giving me sometimes adjustments I'd rather don't have. Also, building things with a lot of ports in a row can give problems in connecting wires correctl...

Re: Problems with JK Flipflops

For me it usually help to add little balloons mid circuit to see what signals are in different stages. In your case, due to having all signals on the first part of the flipflop to a 1 it giver out a 0 to the second part. Now the second part has only one 1 signal so it will stay on and give a 1 as ou...

Re: Project Snake

It's been quite some time since I worked on my snake project. I just started again and after figuring out how it worked(remembered it to be easier:/) I found something funny. I wanted to get a signal from point A to point B it's not connected but does activate a LED :? https://prnt.sc/jj8hsy The sig...
